Monday!

Hi FitFam!
Another day, another week, another Monday. Hope everyone's feeling happy and healthy.
I just wanted to complain a little bit... I'm so sick and tired of this whole "cheat meal today" or "finally Saturday that means cheat meal".. I personally do not believe in diets. Strict and hard diets that will exhaust your body and mind. I believe in deleting all the fat and unhealthy food and eat normal/healthy home made food daily. And if you want to lose weight - eat smaller portions but DO NOT go on a unhealthy diet. Most diets are not good for you - why do you think people only go on diets for maximum 4 weeks?? If you think about it, wouldn't it be better to just eat good and clean food? I also believe that if you feel like you want a cookie one day - HAVE ONE. Instead of having this obsession about a silly cheat meal once a week. And all this talk about: No diet - no abs, is just pure bullsh*t to me. Yes you do need to lose weight in order to make them look visible (like I said eat normal healthy food but cut down your portions) I have abs and I have never ever been on a ridiculous diet. There will be people who won't agree with me on this - if you don't - please google it. EAT SENSIBLE, EAT HEALTHY AND KEEP WORKING OUT. And to some girls out there: for God sake stop starving yourself!
