Girls with muscles..

 
I'm sick of hearing people complaining that girls with muscles are gross and have a manly look. I think it's people who don't really have a clue that put them statements out. Or maybe they're just jealous?

Please, don't be scared of lifting them weights at the gym girls. Skinny salads and cardio will make you lose weight but it wont make you toned. You will not get the results that you think you're going to get.. To look like the girls below, you need to have a protein rich diet, you need to lift weights, you do need cardio sessions..
