Weightloss

To achieve weightloss you need a clean diet and daily excercise. A clean diet means: a variety of healthy food such as protein rich food, veggies, fruit, water and a small amount of carbs. We need carbs to fuel our energy and to keep us going. Low or non carb diets are stupid, eat healthy and eat the right amount of the different food. A quarter of your plate should consist of protein (fish, meat, beans, tofu etc.), another quarter of carbs (potatoe, rice, pasta etc) and approximately half of your plate should be filled with veggies. (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc.) Have two meals like that everyday lunch and dinner. And snacks in between; fruit, nuts etc.You also need a lot of water and green tea could be a big help for you to flush and detox yourself. Water will not only help the weightloss speed up but it will also change your skin, hair and nails for the better.
Don't ever trust the scales either. The scales won't tell you how much muscle mass you've gained or fat you've lost. If you want to keep track of your success - take your mesurements! (Like the female in the picture)
So remember: Clean diet (normal healthy eating), daily excercise (at least 30 min a day) and a lot of water!
